Digital Content Marketing Specialist
Join a fast-growing portfolio of consumer digital media properties that total 30MM unique users per month.We are looking for an outgoing individual who is great with outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach, while also being collaborative with the content marketing team. The right candidate should understand how to build brand awareness through content and outreach that results in increased discovery, improved inbound connections for readers to discover content through, and increased overall visibility. This position will report to the Head of Content.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Import and organize people and websites within a tool like SEMRush and Ahrefs.
Perform and track outreach through social, email and telephone.
Report to the Head of Content with successes, progress and opportunities.
Assist in strategizing to build quality digital connections with users.
Provide and help implement creative ideas for content marketing.
Research people and websites where our readers would most likely be and market our content to them.
What you will need to be successful:
High proficiency in English.
Spanish fluency is highly valued.
Able to work without direct supervision, to achieve results quickly and precisely.
Great communicator and relationship-builder.
Passion for website marketing.
Proficiency with analytics tools (inc. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Majestic, Ahrefs, etc) to ensure the maximum value is extracted and then applied to our activities.
Fluent in the use of typical cloud productivity tools like Google Apps, Airtable, etc.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Innovative with a high level of creativity.
Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload/tasks.
Flexible, energetic team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Accurate and effective verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical people.
Proactivity, curiosity, and creativity in problem-solving and opportunity discovery for digital properties.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, design, product, development.
