The Digital Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with division managers to develop a digital marketing campaign that meets the division’s business objectives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will take a customer-first approach, understanding the customer purchase & usage journey, and will identify tactical plans to connect with & engage the customer in an effective manner in order to build awareness of our products & services and influence their purchase decision process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts).
Develop and manage efficient procedures and workflows for the digital content life cycle, including creation, approval, revision and removal.
Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and related deliverables.
In depth knowledge of SEO and Google ads/adwords programs.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity.
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Ability to travel domestic and international.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
4 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing.
Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Solid understanding of web metrics, Google analytics, SimilarWeb, Webtrends, etc, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Proficiency with different social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B brands via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation and/or SFA, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot and Sales Force, a plus.
This position is full time and based in Adairsville, GA.
